Dining

The Cardiff and County Club has an enviable reputation, both locally and further afield, for its tradition of serving fine food in a convivial atmosphere, surrounded with magnificent Victorian splendour. Apart from lunches, served every day, the Club also caters for functions and parties, often linked to special events such as Opera nights, sports events and the like.

The daily Table d'Hote menu offers an excellent choice of fresh food, superbly cooked and efficently and pleasantly served. Typically, there will be three or four starters, four or five main courses and half a dozen or so desserts including the Chef's daily home made "special", a cheeseboard and the traditional and ever popular Welsh Rarebit.
